This is a secure and confidential channel for questions, concerns or to report breaches of the Sogrape Group's Code of Conduct, including those provided for in Article 2 of Law no. 93/2021 of 20 December and Article 3 of the Corruption Prevention Regime, set out in the Annex to Decree-Law no. 109-E/2021 of 9 December.

Communications made through this Whistleblowing Channel can relate to any matter specified in the Code of Conduct, including acts of harassment or discrimination, theft and damage to property, or acts of fraud and corruption (in both the public and private spheres).

Complaints are received on behalf of Sogrape by a specialised independent third party and, after checking for possible conflicts of interest, subsequently passed on to Sogrape, which will ensure that they are dealt with internally in a professional and confidential manner.

Complaints by Sogrape employees or third parties must be based on information obtained within the scope of their professional activity, regardless of the nature of this activity and the sector in which it is carried out.

The complaint is made by filling in a form, completely anonymously if you wish. The Whistleblowing Channel guarantees the completeness, integrity and conservation of the report, the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower and their personal data, as well as that of the person being reported, and the confidentiality of communications received.

Whenever you do not wish to remain anonymous, your identity will only be known to those strictly necessary to deal with the specific case.

After submitting, you will be given a report number and a password which you should store securely so that you can keep track of the report.

On this page, you can make a new report safely or follow up on a report that has already been made. Tracking your complaints can be relevant for several reasons:

  1. You may want to check the status of your complaint to see if any action is being taken;
  2. You may wish to provide additional information regarding your complaint;
  3. System administrators may ask you for additional information to help them resolve the problem or take appropriate action.
