Studio Babelsberg AG Whistleblower Channel

As a person who works or has worked for a Studio Babelsberg Group company or a production that is or was produced by a Studio Babelsberg Group company in connection with their professional activity or in the run-up to a professional activity, you can anonymously report violations that are, for example, subject to criminal penalties or fines. The Studio Babelsberg Group consists of Studio Babelsberg AG, Studio Babelsberg Motion Pictures GmbH, Babelsberg Film GmbH, Art Department Studio Babelsberg GmbH, Film Service Babelsberg GmbH, and Central Scope Production GmbH.

Reporting information about violations

You may submit information about reasonable grounds for suspicion, knowledge of actual or potential violations, and attempts to conceal such violations that have already occurred or are very likely to occur. In addition, you can report unethical, discriminatory behavior or behavior that violates internal policies (e.g. the Studio Babelsberg Code of Conduct and the Anti-Harassment Policy).
Reports can be made either with your contact details or completely anonymously. All reports and related communications will be treated in strict confidence and in accordance with the provisions of the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG - further information on this Act can be found via the link below).

HR related matters

HR related matters that do not constitute violations within the meaning of the Whistleblower Protection Act cannot be processed in this system. These should instead be discussed with the direct superior, the managing director, or the HR department.

Following up on your reports can be relevant for numerous reasons:

You can view the status of your report to check whether action is being taken.
You can add further information to the report.
The persons responsible for the tasks of an internal reporting office have requested additional information from you that is necessary to solve the problem or take appropriate action.
