Tequila Works, S.L. has a Whistleblowing System adapted to the provisions of Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption. As an integral part of the System, the present internal reporting channel has been implemented, through which you can report on the infringements provided for in article 2 of Law 2/2023 of 20 February.
The internal reporting channel has been designed so that infringements can be reported securely, confidentially or even anonymously. Information on the general principles of the system can be found in the Tequila Works, S.L. Whistleblowing Policy.
Notwithstanding that Tequila Works, S.L. internal channel is the preferred channel for reporting violations, whistleblowers may also resort to external channels, the Whistleblower Protection Authority or the competent authority at regional level that may be applicable.
HR-related matters
Matters related to human resources and interpersonal conflicts cannot be reported in this system, but must be dealt with by the person in charge, director or human resources manager.
