Uberall's Reporting Channel

At Uberall, we believe in transparent communication, open feedback loops and growing together. That’s why we have quarterly Q&A sessions with the leadership team in our Town Hall, a network of culture champions, focus groups, topic-specific pulse surveys and an open atmosphere in meetings & on Slack where Uberallers are encouraged to engage in constructive discussions. We hope you use these channels to say whatever is on your mind, especially if you have ideas for how to make Uberall an even better place to work.

We understand for sensitive topics, for example if you experience or witness unethical behavior, the above channels might not be appropriate. We hope in these cases, you feel comfortable directly approaching your team lead, someone in the People & Culture team or another trusted senior leader. If you do not feel comfortable approaching someone directly and/or wish to remain anonymous, you can use our Whistleblower Reporting Channel.

In addition to complying with EU regulations to make this channel available to all employees and external people to report unethical behaviour, we also want to make it available to employees to get in touch in case of any other sensitive topics. If you don’t feel comfortable approaching someone directly, please use the Whistleblower channel to get in touch.
