Welcome to the Vibia Lighting Whistleblower Channel, which we make available to you so you can report any information regarding irregular or unlawful conduct.
When making a report, you have the option to do so in an identifiable or anonymous way. All communications received will be treated by the company securely and with the utmost confidentiality of the identity of the informant and any third party mentioned in the communication, and of the actions carried out in the management and processing of the same, as well as data protection, preventing access by authorised personnel.
The processing and management of the communication will be carried out by the company in an effective and diligent objective manner, and in accordance with Vibia Lighting's Internal Information System Policies, with the Procedure approved by the governing body and with Law 2/2023, of February 20th, regulating the protection of people who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.
This channel does not accept false complaints, so only communications made in good faith will be accepted. It is also not the appropriate channel for customer complaints.
