Voicemod Whistleblower Channel
This is Voicemod's formal whistleblowing channel for all Voicemod employees, business partners and other stakeholders to report any serious and sensitive concerns in a confidential or anonymous manner.
Reporting of serious matters
This solution is designed to be used to submit information about reprehensible matters or report actions that are unethical, illegal or in violation of internal policies, and which, due to the nature of the concern, cannot be communicated through the usual reporting lines.
It can be reported confidentially with indication of name and contact information or, if desired, 100% anonymously. All inquiries are treated
confidentially and securely.
Other Human Resources related matters
This is a
formal reporting channel and should only be used in case you want to formally report a major incident.
If you want to report any other type of problem or concern use the internal communication with your manager, director or Human Resources.
Information about the case
It is important that the description is sufficiently complete to allow the company to have the necessary data to ascertain the facts: Description, people involved, date when it happened, evidence (if it exists)...
The information will be registered and received by this independent and specialized platform, guaranteeing absolute confidentiality and the appropriate treatment of each situation. Depending on the nature of the case, it will be managed by Voicemod's Human Resources, Finance, Legal or other qualified professionals if necessary, always avoiding conflicts of interest.
To monitor the progress of your case, after completing your registration you will rec
eive a
unique password. Subsequently, use the option “Follow up on existing report” and enter this password. There you will find information about the investigation stage of the report (not started, in progress or finalized).
Following up on your reports can be relevant:
- You wish to see the status of your report, to check if action is being taken.
- You wish to provide additional information to your report or the administrators has requested it from you, to help them resolve the issue or take the appropriate action.
