This digital whistleblowing channel is a supplement to internal notification. When you use the digital whistleblowing channel, you may notify anonymously. Nevertheless, we encourage you to state your contact details as, in our experience, a personal follow-up ensures the best possible handling of a notification.
The law firm Wiersholm's HR department will review all notifications received through the digital whistleblowing channel and confirm receipt of the notification. If you choose to be anonymous, you will receive a notice through the whistleblowing channel within 48 hours. You must enter the whistleblowing channel to see the answer as Wiersholm will not be able to contact you directly if you choose to be anonymous.
The whistleblowing service is provided by an external partner Whistleblower Software, to ensure anonymity. The communication channel is encrypted and password-protected.
