Whistleblower Channel
Fonden Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping
Fonden Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping ("Center") has established a whistleblower scheme in order to allow reporting of potential violations of laws and serious violations of internal policies and procedures.
Read our Whistleblower Policy in which you will find information on (1) types of concerns that may be reported, (2) who can make disclosures, (3) how to make disclosures, (4) what happens after you have reported a concern, (5) how disclosures will be treated, (6) rights of the person(s) concerned in the report, (7) protection of whistleblowers, and (8) processing of personal data.
As part of the Center’s whistleblower scheme this internal whistleblowing channel has been implemented.
Through this channel, you are able to report in confidentiality with indication of name and contact information or, if desired, 100% anonymously. All inquiries are treated strictly confidential and securely.
After a report is made, you will be ale to follow up on your report for numerous reasons:
1) You wish to see the status of your report, to check if action is being taken.
2) You wish to provide additional information to your report.
3) The system administrators have requested additional information from you to help them resolve the issue or take the appropriate action.
You can read more about the whistleblowing legislation in EU here.
