Anonymous reporting of serious matters

Through this page, you can report any actual or suspected abuses and irregularities that are unethical, illegal or in violation of internal policies. Employees and third parties can report actual or suspected abuses and irregularities that take place at Temenos via our whistleblowing procedure. Employees are encouraged to first discuss actual or suspected abuses and irregularities with their manager, if possible. If this is undesirable for any reason, they can make use of the whistleblowing (anonymous reporting) procedure.

Reports are made confidentially with indication of name and contact information or, if desired, 100% anonymously.

All reports are treated confidentially and securely. The complaint will initially be visible only to Temenos Group Head of Internal Audit and thereafter will be shared confidentially only on a need-to-know basis within the appropriate investigation team.

This procedure is solely intended for reporting (potential or suspected) wrongdoings or irregularities such as dishonest, fraudulent, inappropriate or illegal activity or behavior by Temenos personnel, failure by another person to act appropriately, with propriety or in accordance with the law when fulfilling their duties.

Examples:

- Breaches of civil law, criminal law or regulations.

- Violations or breaches of Temenos’ core values, internal rules or regulations or other unethical conduct.
