Dear employees, business partners and customers,
we attach great importance to compliance with laws, internal regulations and ethical principles. In doing so, we want to ensure that our conduct and that of our business partners comply with the principles of our Code of Conduct and Code of Conduct.

To meet our claim, it is important that we identify and prevent potential misconduct by our employees or suppliers at an early stage. For this reason, we have an independent, impartial and confidential whistleblower system.

With our whistleblowing and complaint system, the Whistleblowing Channel, we want to ensure that human rights violations, environmental violations, economic crimes and other unethical or illegal incidents can be brought to us anonymously. Your report can help identify misconduct at an early stage, prevent it and avert damage from all parties involved.

Submit a report
Employees, business partners, customers and other third parties can submit reports of possible violations of the rules at any time and in various languages. This includes, for example, well-founded suspicions, knowledge of actual or potential violations, and attempts to conceal crimes that have already occurred or are highly likely to occur. In order for the submitted report to be processed and investigated appropriately, it is important to make it as specific as possible.

Tip: When reporting, consider the five W questions: Who? What? When? How? Where? Please also make sure that your descriptions are easy to understand, even for people who are not familiar with the subject!

If you don't want to reveal your identity, you can also submit your report anonymously. Just be careful not to accidentally mention your name in your report. We can still communicate with you via the whistleblowing channel without you running the risk of revealing your identity. We respect your anonymity but would like to point out that it could complicate the investigation.

Our whistleblowing channel ensures the greatest possible protection for whistleblowers and those affected. Only after a careful review of a report and when there is concrete evidence of a violation of the rules will an investigation be initiated, which is carried out with the highest level of confidentiality. What do you report via the Whistleblowing Channel?
Serious breaches that affect the company or could have an impact on a person's life or well-being should be reported via the Whistleblowing Channel. Examples include:The whistleblowing channel, however, should not be used for minor inconveniences, such as dissatisfaction with pay grade, violations of smoking and alcohol policies, cooperation difficulties, or other personnel-related issues. These and similar concerns should continue to be discussed and clarified with the HR department, direct supervisors or management.
