It only took about 30 minutes setting up our policies and access rights. The system is very intuitive and we were able to do everything on our own after a short introduction by Daniel - who was very quick to respond. I especially liked how easy it was setting up our own company brand.

I like that all the reports are in one place and we can see at what stage the cases are and when are the next deadlines to take action on a report. We also receive notifications by mail when a new report is submitted or with an upcoming deadline. This is great because the case investigators don't have a need to take the sensitive information out of the software and set reminders in their calendars or write notes to keep track of what is happening with the case they are solving.
